Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing
Personal data shall be processed: 1. based on your consent/2. due to the necessity of their processing for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take action at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO)/ 3. due to the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).
Period for which the data will be processed
Your personal data will be processed: 1. until your consent to their processing is withdrawn/2. until the statute of limitations for all contractual claims, however, not less than 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the deadline for payment of the last tax due expired or the fulfilment by the Administrator of the last obligation of a public law nature in connection with the conclusion and execution or non-execution, improper execution or termination or expiry of the contract, and in the case of data processed solely for marketing purposes, until the date of withdrawal of your consent to their processing or objection to their further processing.
Recipients of data
Personal data may be made available to third parties solely for the purpose of the proper performance of the contract/service, or the possible assertion of claims arising from its provisions, in particular: entities providing IT, HR, accounting and legal services to the Administrator and other services related to the performance of the contract; as well as to public administration bodies, based on the provisions of generally applicable law.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to: 1. request the Administrator to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and transfer the personal data you have provided; 2. object to the processing of the personal data you have provided; 3. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; 4. lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Additional information
The provision of personal data is a prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract and the refusal to provide such data prevents the conclusion or execution of the contract.
The Administrator shall use his best endeavours to ensure that all physical, technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data against accidental or wilful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable legislation.
