Loading systems for CMM measuring machines

Three groups of solutions are available in our offer:
Manual loading pallet systems with floating plate
Pneumatic cushion base plates with a load capacity of up to 500 kg, supplied with a transport cart with an electrically or manually controlled lift table, adaptable to the measuring table of any CMM – different plate sizes available, according to customer needs.

AGV carts with a baseplate exchange system on the measuring machine table, allowing automatic exchange of plates with dimensions of 1 300 x 900 mm and a load of max. 1,000 kg.
AGV transport platforms for loading large-scale components
Highly rigid AGV transport platforms allowing fully autonomous and precise loading of large-sized components into the measuring space of CMMs – platform load capacity up to 6,000 kg, dimensions up to 5,000 x 2,000 mm.
