Autonomous
monitoring systems
We build autonomous systems for supervising the machining process, enabling a stable process in the IT4/IT5 tolerance field. Such narrow tolerance fields are achieved by means of feedback between the measuring system and the machine tool, by changing the tool geometry in the tool table.
This solution makes it possible to automatically compensate for most of the errors arising in the machining process that affect the dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts.
This happens automatically, without the need for operator intervention. Although the CNC industry is our core business, we also successfully apply measuring systems in the automotive, woodworking and furniture industries.
