Programmable
riveting unit
Thanks to dedicated software, we gain the possibility of a fully programmable riveting unit, thus enabling the radial riveting machine to be parameterized for a specific project. This allows us to make not only permanent connections of overlapping planes, but also to shape ends and connections with different values of allowable clearance. The use of our orbital riveting machines makes it possible to achieve a durable connection with great aesthetic value.
At the customer’s request, alternative variants of the riveting machine are available with application-specific working space, feeding medium (pneumatics or hydraulics), and as a result, parameters such as maximum riveting force and rivet diameter.
Ergonomic
workstation
The stable construction of the riveting machine, the use of polycarbonate windows, steel guards and an electric rotary table make working with the riveting machine safe and ergonomic. The CNC NR 16 radial riveting machine has as many as four working fields on the table, which allows you to insert or cut workpieces while riveting.
This makes it possible to rivet many types and kinds of materials, from very delicate or electronic. Radial riveting machines are modern equipment with many important advantages. Thanks to the radial riveting technology of smoothly forming the riveted joint, we improve the quality of riveting and reduce production costs.
Automatic tool changing
Our radial riveting machine, thanks to the implemented solutions and software, has the ability to automatically change tools thanks to a magazine holding 12 punches. The maximum number of tools is up to 250!
User-friendly control panel
A large, easy-to-read touchscreen and dedicated software make operation of the radial riveting machine very intuitive.
Additional panel for manual work
Thanks to the use of an additional desktop, manual work is also possible for non-standard implementations.
